Website Maintenance

Fresh Rain Studios is pleased to offer website maintenance services to our customers. These services allow you, as the site owner, to worry about generating content and running your business, but not about adding that content to the site and making it look good.

All basic maintenance is billed at $75 per hour. Fresh Rain Studios utilizes the Fresh Books accounting service, which allows us to keep track of time minute by minute. We impose no minimum time blocks, so if you have a quick one minute edit, you are free to send it to us without worrying about being billed for a block of time. We will send you a bill once you have accumulated a minimum of 30 minutes billed time.

For those clients that need more than the occasional site update, we offer limited webmaster services. These are essentially maintenance plans with included (and discounted) blocks of time. Because the time does not roll over month by month, we encourage our customers to take a hard look at the time you really need in webmaster services in a given month, to ensure they are getting your money’s worth.

 

Our Maintenance and Webmaster Package Options:

Basic Maintenance Plan (hour-by-hour):

  • $75 per hour
  • Time tracked by the minute using Fresh Books Accounting Services
  • Billed once tracked time reaches 30 minutes or greater.
  • Got a BIG month coming up? Buy a Webmaster Package for just that month! You can opt in and out as necessary. However, time tracked before the purchase of a package is still billed at the hourly rate - so plan ahead!

Webmaster Package Plans [all hours beyond plan hours are billed at $75 / hr]:

  • 10 hrs / month = $650 ($65 per hour)
  • 15 hrs / month = $900 ($60 per hour)
  • 20 hrs / month = $1000 ($50 per hour)
  • Greater than 20 hrs / month = $Contact Us to discuss your specific needs!
  • Plans are on a month-by-month basis, due by the 1st of each month. If you find your needs are changing for the next month, let us know so we can adjust your billing!
  • Please note: Hours do NOT roll over, so please evaluate your needs carefully!

  • Acquire photos and other rich media to increase the impact of your content.
  • Generate unique imagery and rich media (photos, audio, video) specifically for your site, to increase the impact of your content.
  • Create site and section indexes to improve navigation and customer flow, as well as Search Engine Optimization
  • Free YOUR time up to work on your business!

Tips to make the most out of your plan (we can do an amazing amount of work in one hour, and we can do even more if you provide us with the following):

  • Generate your content in a digital format, and email to Fresh Rain Studios.
  • Include, if you have them, any images or rich media you would like integrated with your content.
  • If you have specific layout requirements, be sure to include instructions.
  • Keep in mind that scanning photos, or finding photos or media takes time. If you need something scanned, provide us with specific details (page numbers / item numbers / location of the image on the page and what the image is, etc) and that will greatly speed up the process.
